Rooftop Concert: June

One of my favorite actives in Provo each summer is the rooftop concert series put on by 

C Jane Kendrick. Ever read the NieNie Dialogues? Well, they are sisters.

She teams up with local artists and businesses to throw a free concert once a month from May to October. They use the top of a parking structure right off Provo Center Street. They put up lanterns, have food vendors, and we bring lawn chairs and blankets. It really is a good time.

Last night a few friends and I decided to check out June's concert. The Desert Noises and The Moth and the Flame were playing. Were they my favorite? No. Was it fun? Yes :)

We enjoyed sitting under the stars on a warm summer night. Oh and did I mention it was for free? Love that word these days :) 

A few of us walked over to Sammy's and got little shakes and drinks, while others checked out local food vendor tents.
